I am a curious and creative mind, fascinated about our planet, deeply interested in topics like climate change, future trends and innovative textiles. As a designer I want to adapt to contemporary challenges by creating relevant, multidisciplinary and sustainable design ideas that help improve our lives and save the planet.
Last year I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design from the HTW in Berlin. My BA Menswear collection Five ° illustrates a global warming of 5° — a scenario that awaits us if we fail to act. I am combining constructive solutions and innovative fabric technologies to develop a new kind of clothing that lasts a lifetime. I want to create awareness of how our climate is changing based on human behaviour and secondly show a solution of a sustainable collection that is reflected in the choice of materials, the construction and finishings.
In the last few years I gained experience as a fashion designer by working with Boris Bidjan Saberi in Barcelona and Heliot Emil in Copenhagen. At the moment, I am working on my own design label and I would be happy to meet and share experiences with other designers.
